  • Collaboration, Co-Creation and Affiliate Programs
    We love collaboration and co-creation! We have an affiliate and partner program where we can host your designs in our shop and provide support as well in manufacturing from apparel and packaging to displays and merchandising. Please send your inquiry to info@pixelwarps.com and we can assist you in how to get started.
  • How do I track my order?
    As production is completed, we always send out tracking numbers for each order as they are shipped out. You can track your order shipped via USPS at https://www.usps.com and UPS at https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=QUIC/
  • How should I wash/launder my Artistic Pixels apparel and other merchandise?
    Artistic Pixels utilizes special DTG and DTF printing processes for quality imagery on apparel. Part of these processes include a special pretreatment spray for some designs to produce vibrant colors. To avoid discoloration, we suggest washing the shirt in cold water before first use. For long lasting wear, we recommend you wash all clothing on cold cycles with the garment turned inside out. Tumble dry with the lowest heat setting. If ironing, turn garment inside out and press from the inside. Do not iron directly onto the decoration/design. We primarily use garments that are premium combed ring-spun cotton/poly blends or ring-spun cotton/poly blends. Some of our specialty items also contain a combed ring-spun/poly/rayon blends. There might be some slight shrinking with warm washes and drying cycles. Where stated, some garments are 100% cotton and may be subject to some shrinking Unless explicitly stated, for all accessories and mugs, we recommend hand-washing only.
  • Wholesale & Retail Inquiries
    We love making and manufacturing custom designs for all of our clients and have been doing so with our parent company Pixelwarps for more than 20 years. Please send your inquiry to info@pixelwarps.com and we would be more than happy to assist in anything you need. We love working with retailers of all sizes – large and small businesses even including local mom-and-pop shops! If you would like to sell our merchandise online, please email info@pixelwarps.com and we can work on a SKU program just for you.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    Yes, we do. We ship via USPS within the continental United States and utilize UPS for international shipping.
  • What is your returns or refunds policy?
    We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase. We always want to make things right, and due to the nature of custom manufacturing, not every item is available for return. Contact us within 10 days of your delivery and we'll provide a solution. If the item is a special pre-sale product, production has begun and orders cannot be canceled after the pre-order period has ended.
