If the item is a special pre-sale product, production has begun and orders cannot be canceled after the pre-order period has ended.

The large majority of our products are custom and made-to-order. We enjoy bringing the love for your retro community into the products that are being made. This means that sometimes they may be very limited in manufactured numbers or a special custom order design. This means they are made on demand so please allow a few business days for the orders to be completed and shipped. We do our utmost best to complete all of our production in a timely fashion.
