If the item is a special pre-sale product, production has begun and orders cannot be canceled after the pre-order period has ended.
The large majority of our products are cystom and made-to-order. We enjoy bringing the love for your community into the products that are being made. This means that sometimes they may be very limited in manufactured numbers or a special custom order design. This means they are made on demand so please allow a few business days for the orders to be completed and shipped. This also will only occur once the preorder period is over on a special pre-sale.
